David Unsworth: Appointed in joint role at Preston
Sky Sports understands Preston North End have handed their managerial position jointly to David Unsworth and Graham Alexander until the end of the season.
North End's new chairman Peter Ridsdale sacked Phil Brown midway through December after a run of poor results.Unsworth and Alexander, who were both already at the club, were appointed on a temporary basis.A number of high-profile candidates applied for the role, but Unsworth and Alexander impressed during their tenure - losing just one of their four matches.Now Ridsdale has appointed them until the end of the season.Read more http://www1.skysports.com/football/news/11095/7418036/
