Bill Kenwright: Promising investment for Everton manager David Moyes in January
Everton chairman Bill Kenwright has promised to give David Moyes transfer funds in January.
The Toffees were the only Premier League club not to outlay any money on transfer fees in the summer, only signing loan players Royston Drenthe and Denis Stracqualursi and back-up goalkeeper Marcus Hahnemann on a free transfer.Everton did, though, recoup money through the sales of Mikel Arteta, Yakubu and Jermaine Beckford and Kenwright insists that, no matter what, Moyes will have money in the New Year."We are talking (with Moyes)," he said."There will be not a lot of money in terms of what other clubs are spending on centre-forwards but there will be money."There will be investment in January."Read more http://www1.skysports.com/football/news/11095/7321411/
