Gary Speed felt Switzerland were the best team his Wales side faced in their Euro 2012 qualifying campaign to date.
Wales moved off the foot of Group G with a 2-0 win over Ottmar Hitzfeld's men, with Bulgaria now rock bottom of a group also containing Montenegro and England.Aaron Ramsey and Gareth Bale were the men on target at the Liberty Stadium, with the game resting on the referee's decision to rule out a Swiss goal just after the break before sending off Reto Ziegler and then awarding Wales a penalty.Speed felt those decisions early in the second half were key to deciding the game against a Swiss side who he felt were his toughest opponent so far ."They are the best team we played, they caused us a lot of problems first half." the 42-year-old told Sky Sports."Although we looked dangerous on the attack in the first half - I thought we could have scored every time we went forward. I think, to a degree, so could they and I was glad to get in at half-time 0-0."The way the second half went, the two decisions either way sorted the game out really."Read more http://www.skysports.com/story/0,19528,11095_7230239,00.html
