The board of UEFA Events SA today met in the presence of the president of the board Michel Platini, board members Şenes Erzik, Geoffrey Thompson, Angel María Villar Llona, Marios N. Lefkaritis, Gianni Infantino, Michele Bernasconi and board member Florentino Pérez.
The board discussed a variety of topics relating to the upcoming cycle of club competitions (2012-15), including a report on the sales of commercial rights for the UEFA Champions League and UEFA Europa League.
The board was also presented with a report on preparations for UEFA EURO 2012, and on the sales of commercial rights for the competition. In addition, an update was given on the future centralised sales of media rights for the qualifying matches of the national team competitions.
