Ipswich Town manager Paul Jewell was pleased with his team's victory over Coventry City in the Championship on Monday evening.
An own-goal from Martin Cranie and further strikes from Keith Andrews and Jason Scotland secured the Tractor Boys an important 3-0 win at Portman Road.It pushed them up to 13th in the table, four points above the relegation zone, and Jewell was glad to have picked up a home win."We played well and certainly in the first half we could have been out of sight really," Jewell told Sky Sports HD1."Fair play to Coventry, they kept going. But I thought that we thoroughly deserved to win tonight."When asked on what pleased him the most in their victory, Jewell said: "The chances we created really."We haven't created that many chances this season, especially in the home games, but tonight we passed the ball well and changed the system."Read more http://www.skysports.com/story/0,19528,11095_7189831,00.html
